By authorization of ULAKBIM as per the Resolution no. 136 of TUBITAK Executive Board on 19/11/2005,  EKUAL Project has been conducted by ULAKBİM since 2006. TUBITAK and academic institutions accessing to EKUAL contents are as following:

  • Police Academy
  • Universities in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyrpus (TRNC)
  • Research and training hospitals of Ministry of Health
